PURPOSE:To miniaturize the whole of an automatic analytical apparatus by reducing distributors and shortening a reaction line, by allowing the single reagent distributor provided in the reaction line to perform three kinds of different quantitative distributions of a buffer solution, an enzyme labeled reagent and a color developing reagent during analysis of each specimen. CONSTITUTION:A carrier 21 is charged in a U-shaped tube 11 at a first rotation stop position S17 of a disc 12 while the U-shaped tube 11 and the carrier 21 are washed at a position S22. At a position S24, a change-over valve 34 selects a buffer solution container 30 and a buffer solution is quantitatively distributed in the U-shaped tube by a reagent distributor 29. At a position S1, a definite amount of a specimen 11 is distributed in the U-shaped tube to start the first reaction and, at a position S2, the liquid to be examined in the U-shaped tube is stirred. In the second and third rotations, a color developing reagent and an enzyme labeled antibody are distributed in the U-shaped tube in a definite amount at the position S24 to start the second and third reactions. In this case, before and after the position S24, processes at the positions S22, S2 are similarly performed as the first rotation. At the position S19 in the fourth rotation, the liquid to be examined in the U-shaped tube is sucked into colorimeter 22 to perform colorimetric measurement. |
