PURPOSE:To stop an abnormal reaction immediately and to prevent danger due to the abnormality by detecting directly rate of elevation of reaction temp. in a reaction vessel and controlling the reaction. CONSTITUTION:Reaction temp. T in a reaction vessel 1 is detected by a temp. detecting section 3 and the rate of elevation V of the reaction temp. T is simultaneously operated by the output of the temp. detecting section 3 in a temp. elevation rate operating section 4. Further, a referential value VS and its upper limit value Vmax of the rate of elevation of the reaction temp. suiting to the material to be reacted are set in a reaction temp. elevation rate setting section 5, and the reaction is controlled in a reaction control section 6 basing on the referential value Vs and the rate of elevation of the reaction temp. V. Further, an alarm announcing device or a reaction stopping device is actuated in an alarm announcing and reaction stopping section 7 when the rate of elevation of the reaction temp. is higher than the upper limit value Vmax. In this way, a monitoring system for abnormality to secure safety without causing abnormal reaction even if an autothermogenous material is used as the reaction material. |
