PURPOSE:To contrive to prevent the increase of iron loss by preventing the ageing deterioration of an electromagnetic steel plate of which the Si-content is less than 2%, by containing C, Si, Mn, Al, P and Fe in a predetermined ratio. CONSTITUTION:A non-ageing electromagnetic steel plate consists of, on a wt. basis, C<=0.005%, 0.6-2% Si, 0.1-1% Mn, Al<1%, P<=0.2% and the remainder of Fe and has the relation represented by formula Si%XP%>=0.12. By containing Si in an amount of less than 2%, the ageing deterioration of the electromagnetic steel plate is prevented and, therefore, the increase of iron loss is prevented. |
