PURPOSE:To take out a kneaded soln. in a short time by providing in a kneading trough two sets of rotary blades having horizontal rotation shafts so that both rotation shafts may stand on different levels, and equipping a bottom discharging valve at the lowest bottom surface of the kneading trough. CONSTITUTION:Two sets of rotary blades 3a and 3b, having horizontal rotation shafts 2, are provided in a kneading trough 1 so that the rotation shafts 2 may stand on different levels, and a bottom discharging valve 4 is equipped to the lowest bottom surface of the kneading trough 1. Since the rotary blades stand on different levels, the turbulence of the liquid can be easily formed, even when the solvent is charged full to the upper blade. In addition, since the bottom discharge valve is equipped at the lowest bottom surface of the kneading trough, the discharge of the liquid after kneading can be carried out smoothly in a short time. |
