PURPOSE:To obtain an efficient exhaust gas purifying device by a simple structure wherein an inner liner, at the lower part of which communicating holes are provided, is installed in an outer liner and the gap between both the liners is blocked and then a capillary tubing is provided so as to connect the lower part of the outer liner with the upper part of the inner liner. CONSTITUTION:Due to the exhaust gas forwarded in a first agitating chamber 4, a rotating shaft 9 is rotated by means of a fan 10 and at the same time the washing water in an inner liner 2 is pushed, resulting in spraying the washing water through a capillary turbing 14 into the first agitating chamber 4. Thus, the mixing of the exhaust gas with the washing water and the lowering of the exhaust gas temperature are resulted. Next, the mixed gas enters a second agitating chamber 5, in which the exhaust gas is brought into contact with the washing water by means of blades 11, past through communicating holes 12, then led to a third agitating chamber 6, and finally discharged outside through an exhaust pipe 15. |
