PURPOSE:To obtain a rotor having vanes stable in the sliding thereof by a method wherein the rotor and shafts for driving side and driven side of the rotor are formed separately while the sections of the shafts are made into non-circular shape and both shafts are fitted forcibly into the rotor from both ends thereof. CONSTITUTION:The shafts 16, 17 are formed by two pieces of shafts 16, 17 and are forcibly fitted into the rotor by shrink fittings. The shapes of the shafts at the shrink fitting parts are non-circular but ellipses. According to this method, supporting capacity of the shaft against a torque imposed to the shaft is increased and a vane stroke may be elongated, therefore, the sliding of the vanes may be stabilized. |
