PURPOSE:To eliminate polution by ionizing the floating dust under corona field and adsorbing through a suction hose to a dust collector thereby collecting the dispersed floating dust. CONSTITUTION:High voltage is applied from a high voltage generator 8 through a high voltage cable 7 onto a discharge panel 6 to discharge a discharge rod 6a. Here micro particles contained in the floating dust are charged and adsorbed to a dust collecting board 10. A conductive rubber board 11 has power conduction performance to collect the floating dust. Air ionized by corona field is led into a dust collector 13 and operates a suction fan 13b upon operation of D.C. motor 13c and exhausted through an exhaust port 13d.
