PURPOSE:To make work highly efficient by making it possible to test a cable in a current supply state, by constituting the titled apparatus from two connection parts connected to cable terminals, a timer for cyclically turning a contact ON and OFF and load provided between the connection parts. CONSTITUTION:When it is tested whether the terminals B1 of a distribution board 12 are connected to either terminals of a low voltage board 13, two arbitrary terminals B1 are selected to connect connection parts 1a, 1b while a change-over switch 6 is manipulated so as to bring voltage to the terminal voltages of the terminals B1. In the next step, when a power source switch 2 is closed, a current is supplied to a timer circuit 3 from the terminals B1 and a twin timer 7 turns a timer contact 7a ON and OFF to perform the ON-OFF control of a first relay 8. Therefore, the make contact 8a of a control contact 3a repeats closing and opening while the first lamp 10 of load 4 receives a current in a pedetermined cycle to be turned ON and OFF. As a result, a current Io+I obtained by adding a lamp load current I of a rectangular wave to an equipment load current Io is flowed to the terminal C1 of the low voltage board side connected to the terminals.
