PURPOSE:To carry out efficiently yarn transportation between fine spinning process, wrap beaming process and weaving process, by setting the first transporting group between a fine spinning frame and a winder and the second transporting group between the winder and a weaving machine. CONSTITUTION:The first transporting group La1 consisting of the bobbin yarn transporting path 4 to send the bobbin yarn 6 completed by the fine spinning frame 1 and the empty bobbin transporting path 5 to return it to the fine spinning frame 1 is made between the fine spinning frame 1 and the winder 2. Some of the bobbin yarn 6 are rewound with carrying out ending, to form the package 8. The second transporting group La2 consists of the package transporting path 9 to send the package 8 to the weaving machine 3 and the paper tube transporting path 11 to return the paper tube 10 of core of the package 8.
