PURPOSE:To make it possible to measure the frequencies of carrier waves of two respective inputted waves without generating a frequency error even if two synchronous RF signals are inputted, by adding a control circuit utilizing dispersing type delay wires. CONSTITUTION:A control circuit 10 detects a synchronous signal by the signal from dispersing type delay wires 9 to generate control timing. A theta/f conversion circuit 11 is one for obtaining frequency information from the output I/Q of a phase discriminating circuit 8. When two synchronous RF signals are inputted to an input terminal 1, each of these RF signals is separated into two waves on a time axis because the dispersing type delay wires 9 are different in a delay time by input frequency. These separated two signals are separately inputted to the phase discriminating circuit 8 and the control circuit 10 with time difference. This control circuit 10 detects two synchronous signals to impart control timing to the theta/f conversion circuit 11 and two frequency informations are respectively obtained. By this method, frequencies of two synchronous RF signals are measured.
