PURPOSE:To prevent damage of a dash pot by a method in which the mooring rope of a floating body is connected to a piston slidably fitted with the cylinder of the dash pot, and the piston is connected to a counter weight. CONSTITUTION:Rods 15 and 16 slidably thrust through the end of a cylinder 13 are projectionally provided on both sides of a piston 14 slidably provided to the cylinder 13 of a dash pot 12 set on the land side. One 15 of the rods is connected through a mooring rope 17 to a floating body 11, and the end of a rope 18 connected to the other rod 16 is connected through a pulley 19 to a counter weight 20. The movement of the floating body 11 by wind can thus be buffered and reduced by the dash pot 12, and the separation of the floating body 11 from the pier and also the collision of the piston 14 against the cylinder end can be prevented by the counter weight 20. |
