PURPOSE:To obtain a sink that has an apron and is free from a mold mark, by molding a base having a basic bowl section without an apron, and uniting firmly the base and a top plate before gelling of the material that will constitute the top plate having an apron. CONSTITUTION:A raw material 14 is injected into a cavity defined by an outer mold 10, an inner mold 11 and a side mold 12 to be molded into a base 15. Then an inner mold 18 is set in a basin bowl section 17, a vinyl chloride resin pipe 20 is set in the thus formed cavity 19, and a raw material 21 is charged therein followed by hardening. A raw material 26 is injected into a cavity 25 defined by an inner mold 23 and a side mold 24 in such a way that the level of the material 26 may be flush with the upper surface of a projection 23a. Before gelling of the raw material 26, the base 15 is placed thereon. Finally, the inner mold 23 and the side mold 24 are removed. Thus, the obtained sink has the apron 30 integrally and the surface of the sink has no mold mark. |
