PURPOSE:To secure such a cutting device as excellent in productivity and capable of cutting a pipe without producing any burr and padding in a cut part, by setting up plural units of a cutter body provided with a circular main cutter and a side cutter which retracts aslant from both sides of the main cutter, in a radial manner. CONSTITUTION:A core bar 2 is inserted slidably and rotatably into the central part of a face plate 1 being unified with a base block in one, while four crankshafts 3, for example, are set up at equiangular intervals centering on this core bar 2 and pivoltally supported free of rotation. In addition, corresponding to the setup spots of these crank-shafts 3, a cross-shaped guide body 5 is locked to te face plate 1, and each tool rest 6 is slidably installed in this guide body 5 in a radial direction. The tool rest 6 is reciprocated by rotation of an 8-shaped crank arm 1 being pivoted on a crankpin 4, and a cutter body 7 is installed in the tip end. This cutter body 7 is constituted of a circular main cutter 8 and a side cutter 9 which retracts aslant from both ends of the main cutter. And, each crankshaft 3 is made so as to rotate via gears 13 and 12 by a driving shaft 16. |
