Inductive component in film technology

In the case of this inductive component, in thin-film or thick-film technology, five films which are placed one on top of the other are arranged on a carrier board (1). In order to form a winding, lower and upper conductor tracks (2, 6) are provided in two films, which films in each case consist of a plurality of individual, parallel tracks. An upper conductor track (6) in this case connects in each case two individual lower tracks (2), or vice versa, so that an alternating series circuit of tracks (2, 6) of the two films is produced. A magnet core (4), which is surrounded by two insulation films (3, 5), is located between the two conductor track films. In this way, a winding is constructed around the magnetic core material, from the series-connected conductor tracks (2, 6). As a result of placing two or more such coils on or in one another, a multiplicity of inductive components, such as transformers, chokes and transductors, can be formed. <IMAGE>
