发明名称 DENITRATING COMBUSTION OF PULVERIZED COAL
摘要 PURPOSE:To reduce production of unburnt content in ash and NOX in exhaust gas without increasing the size of a device, by a method wherein unseparated and separated pulverized coal are conveyed by gas, composed of mainly the air, and combustion exhaust gas, respectively, to inject it in a furnace. CONSTITUTION:Pulverized coal 1, conveyed by the air, is fed through a start conveyance pulverized coal pipe 2 to a cavity 3 where a part thereof is separated from an air current by the action occasioned by reduction in velocity of flow and production of eddy current and is stored in a hopper part 22 at the lower part of the cavity 3. After unseparated main fuel pulverized coal consisting of relatively fine particle is conveyed, as it is, through an unseparated pulverized coal coveyance pipe 20 by means of an air current, it is injected in a furnace 19 through a main injection nozzle 5, and is burnt under contact with a secondary air and a tertiary air injected through a secondary air injection nozzle 15 and a tertiary air injection nozzle 16. This enables reduction in production of unburnt content in ash and NOX in exhaust gas without increasing the size of a device.
