PURPOSE:To obtain a visible image having a homogeneity and a less tendency for generating a fog on a substrate of an electrostatic latent image by incorporating an org. pigment contg. a nitro group to an electrocharge controlling parts. CONSTITUTION:The electrocharge controlling parts 5 is composed of an elastic body 8 and a soft elastic body 9. Thus, the soft elastic body 9 contains 0.05-60wt% the org. pigment contg. the nitro group to a basic material composed of a silicone gum etc. The basic material of the soft elastic body is preferably comprised the silicone gum having the JIS standard hardness of 10-70 deg.. |
