PURPOSE:To enable the penetration condition of a paper to be confirmed, recorded, to be used as a proof for a third party by a method in which a paper drum is moved in the widing direction of paper all the time, and as the paper runs, the revolving number of a rotator turning normally and reversely is detected and recorded. CONSTITUTION:A paper drum 10 is always moved by a torque motor 33 so as to turn it in the winding direction of a paper 9. Under the condition, a mandrel 6 is penetrated into soft ground G, a paper projecting lever 12 is lowered, the projected portion 9a of the paper 9 is held in the ground, and the mandrel 6 is pulled out. In this case, the paper 9 is pulled out of the drum 10, but the revolving number of a detection roller 17 turning with he running of the paper 9 is recorded as the penetration amount of the paper 9 on a recorder 22, and the construction condition is proved for the owner, etc. In pulling out the mandrel 6, the rising portion of the paper 9, if any, is wound around the drum 10 and detected by the recorder 22. |
