By alternately acting with the heels on the heel-actuated drive, applied to pedal vehicles, the pressure of the entire body weight is applied. The torsional force is up to 100% greater than in the case of a bicycle. Actuation is more comfortable and not so strenuous as in the case of the bicycle, or propelling oneself on scooters or roller-skates. Underneath the heel is a toothed rod which drives the transmission cogs up to the point of freewheeling, and the rubber wheels. The toothed rod, when the heel is raised by a spring, is pressed back again. The user stands on the vehicle during movement and presses with the entire body weight, alternately, on the heel-actuated drive. Application: all vehicles, roller-skates, scooters, bicycles etc. Heel-actuated drive for all vehicles produces a great change in pedal vehicles. Bicycles are of much lower structure, on three wheels or two. Greater safety during riding. Roller-skates may have three or two wheels. With a heel-actuated drive we achieve higher speeds, more comfortable and less strenuous movement, and 100% utilisation of the body weight in generating the torsional force.
