The device comprises first and second components (1, 2) with convex and concave curved surfaces in contact. The components are connected by a linkage element (5) having an enlarged head (32) held trapped in a cavity (23) within the first component. The cavity (23), which is preferably made inside a plastic element (20) introduced into the first component (1), has an elongate, rectilinear or curved shape, which, by a cam effect, causes, at the end of a bending of the joint, a backwards sliding movement of the first component over the second, thus increasing the range of bending allowed by the joint.
