<p>PURPOSE:To improve a secrecy protecting function by adding an identification code to only specific data and storing, and inhibiting the specific data from being read out. CONSTITUTION:A RAM 5 for data storage consists of a memory data area 50 where plural memory data are stored, a password area (password storage part A and recognition code storage part) 51 where a password is stored, a flag FLAG(A) 52, and another area 53. When the password is registered, the FLAG(A) is set to 1 and the secrecy function operates. The input of the password resets the FLAG(A) to allow data to be read. When the password function is reset, the FLAG(A) is reset and all memory data are outputted.</p> |
