<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate the control operations during a production process by correcting the output of a temperature-sensitive resistance element in a cooking mode on the basis of the reference value which is stored when the cooking is started. CONSTITUTION:When the cooking is started, a microcomputer CPU45 switches a switch 43 toward a reference resistor 44. Then the output data To is obtained from the resistor 44 and then stored. In a cooking mode, the CPU45 switches the switch 43 toward a thermistor 33 to obtain the output data Ts from the thermistor 33. Then the CPU45 corrects the data Ts in accordance with the ratio between the data To and the fixed data Tm which has been previously stored. Then the temperature of food is detected with said corrected value to perform the heating control. Thus no control operation is needed during a production process, and therefore the productivity is improved.</p> |
