The invention relates to the field of hot air drying apparatus, with simultaneous support, for continuous webs of flexible material, especially paper webs coming from offset printing groups. The problem set is to ensure uniform drying while maintaining adequate rigidity of the apparatus. According to the invention, such an apparatus is characterised in that the housing (2) comprises at least two separate sections (5a, 5b) fixed together, each of these sections including a blower set (23a-9c-9d, 23b-9c-9d) comprising two rows of nozzles (9c, 9d) and a recycling fan (23a, 23b) whose input communicates with the inside volume of the housing (2) and whose output is connected with said rows of nozzles (9c, 9d) through ducts (12c, 12d) provided with heat addition means (27) connected to the source of heat (24). The invention is mainly used for drying paper webs coming from printing machines.
