PURPOSE:To obtain a sensitive body having high sensitivity as well as superior moisture resistance by combining polystyrene having amines at terminals of the molecule as a binder with a silane coupling agent having an epoxy skeleton in the org. functional side group. CONSTITUTION:A sensitive body is obtd. by forming an inorg. photoconductive layer contg. polystyrene having amines at terminals of the molecule as a binder and a silane coupling agent having an epoxy skeleton in the org. functional side group. The average mol.wt. of the polystyrene is 5,000-80,000, the polystyrene is synthesized from styrene and bis(4-aminophenyl) disulfide, and it has a structure represented by the formula (where n is a positive integer). The amount of the binding resin is 1-100pts.wt. per 100pts.wt. photoconductive material. |
