DEVICE FOR BINDING METALLIC PULL RING TO VESSEL CAP SIMULTANEOUSLY WITH FORMING RING

PURPOSE:To provide a titled device provided with a means which can hold, convey and supply efficiently vessel caps by the constitution in which the vessel caps supplied via a feed chute are accepted in pockets for accepting the vessel caps provided around a rotary conveying disc in a way as to be opened upward. CONSTITUTION:Blocks 30 for accepting vessel caps provided with pockets 32 for accepting vessel caps which are opened radially outward and vertically upward are spaced circumferentially from each other at a prescribed spacing and are provided on the outside circumferential surface of a rotary conveying disc 28 which is provided to a means for supplying vessel caps to convey the vessel caps 34 to be bound with pull rings and rotates horizontally. A vessel cap 35 is accepted from the vertical direction into said pocket 32 via a chute 52 for supplying vessel caps having a feeding path 54 in a holding region D for the vessel caps. The inside and outside surfaces of the top wall 35 of the cap 35 are directed toward the outside and the skirt wall 36 thereof is kept in contact with the inside surface of an arcuate static guide rail 44. The tear-off tab piece 35 thereof is kept touched with the inside lateral part 50 on the top surface of the static guide rail. The vessel cap in such a state is conveyed and supplied to the prescribed position of the means for forming and binding the pull ring (not shown).
