PURPOSE:To prevent generation of an uneven application due to falling-out of a fuzz, oozing-out of an offset preventive liquid, and an excess of the offset preventive liquid of both end parts of a fixing rolling, by packing a fiber member with a packing material. CONSTITUTION:As for an offset preventive liquid supplying member 4, a silicone oil 42 is in an outside frame 41, a felt 43 exists as a fiber member, and a part of the felt 43 is in the oil 42. On the surface which abuts to a feed roller 5 of the felt 43, each fiber of the felt 43 is made to adhere to each other by a silicone rubber adhesive agent 44 as a packing material, and it is packed to such an extent that the oil 42 oozes out between the fibers. On the surface containing the abutting surface to the roller 5 of the felt, the packing quantity is changed in accordance with a size (A3, B4) width of paper. The part B is packed with an adhesive agent of silicone rubber by the density of two times of the part A, and the part C is packed sufficiently so that the silicone oil does not ooze out. |
