NONAQUEOUS ELECTROLYTE CELL

摘要

PURPOSE:To improve the high rate discharge characteristic and low temperature discharge characteristic of a nonaqueous electrolytic cell by employing mixture solute of lithium perchlorate and tetra-alkyl ammonium salt as the solute for composing nonaqueous electrolyte. CONSTITUTION:A lithium rolled plate punched to specific dimension is employed for negative pole while manganese dioxide (active substance), carbon powder (conductive agent) and fluorine resin powder (binder) mixed with weight ratio of 85:10:5 then molded and thermally processed is employed for positive pole to produce a button type nonaqueous electrolytic cell. Here mixed solute of lithium perchlorate and tetra-alkyl ammonium salt is employed to exhibit excellent high rate discharge and low temperature discharge characteristic.
