PURPOSE:To suppress the effects of the current amplification factor of a transistor TR, the early effect and the power supply voltage and at the same time to secure the low voltage working performance, by combining three npn TRs and four pnp TRs. CONSTITUTION:The bases are connected in common for npn TRQ21 and Q22 having the emitter area ratio set at 1:N, and a resistance R21 is connected to the emitter of the TRQ22. The collectors of the TRQ21 and Q22 are connected to the collectors of pnp TRQ23 and Q24 having their bases connected in common. The base of a pnp TRQ25 is connected to the collector of the TRQ24 with the collector connected to the collector of an npn TRQ26 whose base is connected to the base of the TRQ22. Furthermore the base of an npn TRQ27 is connected to the base of the TRQ26, and the TRQ27 is used for output. In such a constitution, the effects of the current amplification factor of the TR, the early effect and the power supply voltage are suppressed. At the same time, and low voltage working performance is secured. |
