PURPOSE:To prevent an excessive wind quantity, the generation of static electricity of a film, etc. by winding film at a prescribed speed or below in an output side, although it is wound at a high speed in a driving side. CONSTITUTION:After an exposure is ended, a driving wheel 6 is rotated at a high speed in the direction A by a film winding operation. A wheel to be driven 1 and the wheel 6 are connected with a spring 9 and a pin 8 is inserted into a long hole 3, therefore, the wheel 6 rotates at a high speed against the spring 9, and while the pin 8 moves from an end 3a of a hole 3 to the other end 3b, a wheel 1 shifts a rotary phase for a prescribed time, rotates in the direction A at a prescribed speed or below, and a film is wound up by a fixed quantity to a winding part. When the wheel 1 rotates in the direction A, a driven wheel 14 and an escape wheel 17 rotate clockwise, but the wheel 1 is not rotated suddenly by a governor mechanism consisting of the wheel 17 and an anchor 18. After the wheel 6 rotates, the tip pawl part of a reversal preventive pawl 11 is detained to tooth cut parts 10, 10 and the reversal is prevented. In this way, since the film is wound through the spring 9, the wheel 1 side can be rotated at a prescribed speed or below. |
