PURPOSE:To obtain a high speed and high rotation movable element or rotor by coupling a vibrator and a rod-shaped elastic unit via a coupler, and setting the intrinsic vibrating frequency of the coupler the same as an exciting frequency. CONSTITUTION:A pluraity of vibrators 6 are fixedly arranged through a coupler 3 on the bottom of a ring-shaped elastic unit 1. The vibrators 6 are mounted at the nods of the vibration via a supporting member 4 at a motor frame 5. Since the counter 3 is bent and vibrated except the longitudinal vibration of the vibrators 6, the intrinsic vibrating frequency of the bending vibration of the coupler 3 is equalized to the exciting frequency. In this manner, the lateral vibration is increased to excite the unit 2. |
