摘要 PURPOSE:To eliminate a parabolic mirror corresponding to the diameter of a work and to simplify a device by providing a rotary condenser mirror which revolves and rotates along the outside circumference of a tubular body, and a guiding rail which revolves the rotary condenser mirror along the outside circumference of the tubular body. CONSTITUTION:A rotary condenser mirror GM1 moves from the position 2 to 3, and a moving plane mirror MM1 is moved from the position 2' to 3' as well in accordance with said movement. The laser beam from the mirror MM1 is made incident to the plane mirror GFM of the mirror GM1 during the process of said movement and the laser beam which is changed in the optical path by said mirror is made incident to a parabolic mirror PM. The mirror GM1 is revolved around the outside circumferential surface of the pipe W and is guided on a rail R so as to rotate to direct the laser beam on the outside circumferential surface of the pipe W. The laser beam which is made incident to the mirror PM is made incident onto the outside circumferential surface of the pipe W so as to focus on said surface or in the position slightly deeper than the same, by which the cutting, welding, etc. of the work W are accomplished.
