PURPOSE:To attain flat sound pressure characteristic by adhering thin film for a gap between a diaphragm and a support fixture so as to cover the gap. CONSTITUTION:A pizeoelectric porcelain converter 2 is adhered to one face of a disc-shaped diaphragm 1 and a gap G is provided between an outer circumference of the diaphragm 1 and the inner circumference of the support fixture 1. In order to support the diaphragm 1 to the support fixture 4, the thin film 5 is adhered to one face of the support fixture 4 and the other face of the diaphragm 1 so as to cover the gap G and form the piezoelectric speaker. Thus, the buffle effect is improved and the diaphragm 1 is supported softly to the support fixture 4 without giving affect on the vibration of the diaphragm 1. |
