PURPOSE:To make a correct telephone connection right after a voice signal transmission circuit is assigned by assigning the transmission circuit on a change from a voiceless state to a voice state, and sending a previous signal prior to the transmission of a voice signal. CONSTITUTION:The voice detector 4 of the transmission-side device of a digital voice inserting device DSI decides on whether individual transmission circuits 1a-1c are in a voice state or voiceless state, and the circuit connection control circuit 5 assign a circuit which is not assigned to transmission among voice signal transmission circuits 10a-10c for a transmission circuit in the voice state. In this case, a switch matrix SMX6a connects the circuits 10a-10c to terminals of a previous signal generating circuit 13 which correspond to the individual transmission circuits and the circuit 13 generates the previous signal, and when the DIS transmission-side device 12 starts transmitting a voice signal, reception circuits 2a-2c perform decoding operation correctly. The circuit connection control circuit 8 of the DIS reception-side device 7 supplies a control signal to a reception-side SMX9, which connects the circuits 10a-10c to assigned circuits 2a-2c. |
