PURPOSE:Titled medical preparation in which an auxiliary dispersant for the adsorbent particles is added to a suspension of a preparation for local administration which is formed by allowing the adsorbent to adsorb the active ingredients to form a desired particle dispersion, thus making the efficary of the active ingredients constant with increased directivity of the active ingredients constant with increased directivity of the active ingredients to the specific site. CONSTITUTION:In a medical preparation for local administration that is formed by allowing the active ingredients to be adsorbed on the surface of or in an adsorbent whose properties are suitable for permitting the active ingredients to stay around the site to which the preparation is applied in a living body, an auxiliary adsorbent which has an action to stabilize the dispersion of the adsorbent particles in the suspension, such as polyvinyl pyrrolidone, is added to the dispersion. When the particle size of the dispersion is large, the dispersion is unstable, while, when the size is very small, the particles causes coagulation from the begining to form a dispersion of unappropriate particle sizes. Thus, the addition of the auxiliary dispersant stabilizes the particle dispersion, hardly causes particle coagulation and shows high directivity to a local point such as lymph nods.
