摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain an alloy having increased electric resistance, magnetic flux density and machinability and suitable for use as the material of a magnetic circuit member for a solenoid valve which is worked at high speed, by adding prescribed percentages of Si, Al, Cr, Mn, Ti, etc. and forming a uniform ferrite structure. CONSTITUTION:The titled alloy consists of, by weight, 1-6% Si and/or Al, 6-13% Cr (Si+Al+Cr=12-17%), 0.5-2% one or more among Mn, Ti, Zr, V, Nb and Mo, and the balance Fe. The alloy has a uniform ferrite structure and high machinability, so high mass-producibility is provided. The alloy also has high electric resistance and high magnetic flux density, and it is used as the material of a magnetic circuit member for a solenoid valve which is worked at high speed.
