PURPOSE:To perform synchronism acquisition concerning a pseudo noise (PN) code signal in a relatively short time with relatively simple constitution by providing a synchronism acquiring part which controls the phase of the pseudo noise code signal for reception. CONSTITUTION:A correlation output signal Q is supplied to an analog/digital converting circuit 18 and is converted to a digital signal and is supplied to a microprocessor 19. When a control signal C1 from a microprocessor 19 is supplied to a control circuit 20, the control circuit 20 controls a code signal generator 8 so that it generates a PN code signal having the same phase as the PN code signal which is generated then. As the result, a PN code signal P1 for reception has the same phase as the PN code signal in a receiving signal S1. That is, synchronism acquisition concerning the PN code signal is performed. |
