PURPOSE:To form a sheet in a specified shape by constituting a guide roller set from a lower forming roller having a circular trapezoidal form and an upper forming roller mating with the named lower roller with their peripheries. CONSTITUTION:In feeding a sheet A given a specific form, the L-shaped sheet is transported while its bottom surface a' is bent a little into a convex and the vertical portions a on its both side edges are drawn inward, so as to allow it to be laid over another member B with its shape retained. Accordingly it is now possible that upper rollers and lower rollers are arranged in a plurality of stages, that the upper and lower rollers 1, 5 are formed hollow, or that each roller is coated with resin. Thus a formed sheet can be prevented against damage and laid over another member surely with its specific shape retained. |
