PURPOSE:To set an electronic circuit of an apparatus to the unoperated state with a low power consumption without a relay or the like by adopting a constitution where the electronic circuit of the apparatus is set to the unoperated state by stopping a clock. CONSTITUTION:When a switch 5 is closed, a flip flop 6 is set, and a non-inverted output terminal Q becomes high-level. Then, a gate circuit 8 is opened, and a clock signal is supplied from a quartz oscillator 7 to an electronic circuit 2 through the gate circuit 8, and the electronic circuit 2 based on the logic circuit of a C-MOS element is set to the operated state. Meanwhile, the low-level signal from the electronic circuit side is sent to the flip flop 6 to reset the flip flop, and the gate circuit 8 is closed to stop the clock supply to the electronic circuit 2, and thus, the operation of the electronic circuit 2 is stopped. |
