PURPOSE:To prevent a motor of a captioned unit such as a motor for a sunroof of a car and the like from stopping due to acceleration or deceleration by constructing to restrain stopping of the motor on the basis of a protective means against load variations corresponding to the acceleration or deceleration of the car. CONSTITUTION:The load of a driving mechanism is detected by a resistor 40, and compared with reference values set by an addition circuit 80, a memory circuit 140, a timing circuit 150 and a delay detection level check circuit 90 by a comparison circuit 100 and if the loads are over the set values, a motor stop circuit is operated to stop the motor. While, on the other hand, an acceleration or a deceleration is detected by an acceleration converter 300 and is inputted into a comparator 203 via an absolute value circuit 201 to be compared with a set value. If it is over the set value, a transistor 203 is on to intercept the output of the comparator 100 to keep a transistor 121 in off-position to restrict the operation of a motor stop circuit 120. This construction permits to prevent the motor from stopping. |
