PURPOSE:To prevent shifting of occupied space to one side in lateral direction by arranging the steering handle operating cylinders symmetrically against the center of vessel. CONSTITUTION:Cylinder supporting rods 20 are mounted symmetrically in lateral direction of vessel while penetrating in horizontal direction on brackets 16a, 16b.The opposite ends of said cylinder supporting rods 20 are constructed into pressure oil ports A, B. One ends of hollow bars 23a, 23b for fixing the cylinder are mounted rollably at the opposite ends of the supporting rod 20. The other ends of each hollow bar 23a, 23b are fixed with both projected end sections of hollow piston rods 17a, 17b of steering handle operating cylinder. Since the steering handle operating cylinders are arranged in front of a pair of outerboard machine fixing brackets 16a, 16b while symmetrically against the center of vessel, occupied space will never shift to one side.
