<p>PURPOSE:To form easily a pulse generating circuit, which generates a pulse having a predeterminate width after an input signal traverses a certain volage as a reference, with a monolithic integrated circuit except a power source, an input/ output signal terminal part, and a time constant setting part, by forming the pulse generating circuit with a linear IC in a car radio or the like. CONSTITUTION:A voltage of a certain level is supplied to an input terminal 10. When the signal applied to an input terminal 11 exceeds the certain voltage applied to the input terminal 10, transistors TRs Q13 and Q14 constituting the first differential pair are cut off, and TRs Q11 and Q12 are turned on. Therefore, a TRQ16 is turned on, and a TRQ17 is cut off. As the result, the collector potential of the TRQ17 rises quickly. Then, a TRQ21 is turned on. Thus, a reference voltage Vref and a time constant R21.C21 are set properly to obtain a pulse signal having a desired predeterminate time T.</p> |
