摘要 PURPOSE:To enable a wire to be properly wound in alignment, by a method wherein, from the width and the winding pitch of a material to be wound and the pulse of an encoder, a reference traverse position is computed. CONSTITUTION:A traverse means is driven by a servo motor 14, and a relative relation between a material 19 to be wound in the direction of the shaft of a reel 18 and the reel 18 is detected by a traverse position detecting means. With the rotation of the reel shaft, a pulse is generated from an encoder 22 to set wire width, wire size, winding pitch, and winding width. At least from a pulse from the encoder 22, a set value corresponding to the material 19 to be wound, and a value corresponding to a winding pitch, a reference traverse position proportioned to rotation of the reel 18 is computed, and a deviation between the result and a present relative position detected by a traverse position detecting means is detected to convert it into a speed reference and control the servo motr 14. This enables a wire to be automatically and properly wound in alignment.
