PURPOSE:To prevent accumulation of dust just under a dust throw-in port by disposing a drifting mechanism for drifting suction air downward on the upstream side of a throw-in station positioned at the terminal of a pipeline system. CONSTITUTION:If there is the possibility of accumulation just under a dust throw-in port 18, a drift plate 16 of a drifting mechanism 13 is inclined lower on the right to produce a downward drift, thereby preventing the occurrence of accumulation. Air sucked in from a suction port 17 is changed into a downward drift by the drift plate 16 to strongly strike upon a part of the bottom just under the throw-in port 18. Dust easy to accumulate just under the throw-in port 18 is blown away by the downward drift to prevent the occurrence of accumulation.
