发明名称 MEANDERING CORRECTING DEVICE OF ENDLESS BELT
摘要 PURPOSE:To correct the meandering of an endless belt with good accuracy by detecting biasing detecting mark array disposed on one side of the endless belt in a specified pattern with one sensor to know the meandering of the endless belt from a change in pulse interval. CONSTITUTION:Biasing detecting mark array 2 is formed in such a manner that marks 2a, 2b, 2c different in length are continuously disposed in a fixed pattern (fixed order) from one side edge of an endless belt toward the center. A mark detecting sensor 4 is disposed opposite to the endless belt 1 in such a manner as to position confronting with the substantially center line l of the biasing detecting mark array 2. At the normal running of the endless belt 1, the sensor 4 is adapted to relatively run on the line l and generate pulses at intervals of the marks 2a, 2b, and when the belt meanders to the right, pulses are generated at intervals of the marks 2c. These pulses are input to an endless belt controller to correct the meandering of the endless belt 1.
