PURPOSE:To detect a system constitution state with an easy logic by performing the read while referring to system constitution state information from a constitution controller through a temporary storage means provided in a memory access controller. CONSTITUTION:A memory access device 51 is provided with a memory data register 16, a data selecting circuit 17, a temporary storage means 18, and a request accepting part 14, and a constitution controller 52 is provided with a selecting circuit 10 and an operation control part 11. The request accepting part 14 receives operation designation and requests from a request source device. System constitution state information from the constitution controller 52 is read out to the request source device through the temporary storage means 18.
