PURPOSE:To facilitate the work at the time of the occurrence of the jam by opening and closing the bottom part of the main body of the recording device and releasing the transferring pole, the conveying device, etc., provided at the bottom part by pushing up the main body. CONSTITUTION:In a main body 1, a photosensitive drum 7 is provided, the paper is sent from a cassette 3 to a photosensitive drum 7 by rollers 12 and 13, and transferred by a transferring pole 9. Next, the paper is sent to a stabilized roller 14 by a conveying device 15 and discharged to a tray 4. At such a time, when the jam of the paper occurs, by using a sash lift part 22 at this side of the main body 1, the main body 1 is lifted up, and then, the body is inclined with the shaft provided at the depth side as the supporting point and a bottom part 20 is released. By interlocking to lift up the main body, a leg part 21b is protruded and the inclination of the main body is supported. The bottom part 20 is released, and the jam to occur at the transferring pole 9, the conveying device 15, etc., is removed. Consequently, since the bottom part of the main body is released, the jam can be easily removed. |
