PURPOSE:To make improvements in riding comfortableness at the inside of a car, by making a ventilation stop mode, which cuts off a state of interconnectedness between the inside and outside of the car, selectable. CONSTITUTION:Toward the outside of a front side lower part, there is an outside air intake port 8 opened, while a room inside connection port 9 is as well opened at the upper part, and an interconnecting port 24 interconnecting the inside of a car is opened at the setting part of a case 3. In addition, at the backside of the case 3, a bearing member 25 is installed, and this member 25 consists of a setting base part and a coating member, making up an interconnecting passage 28 interconnecting the outside air intake port 8 to the room inside connection port 9. At a partial peripheral wall around a selecting shaft member 30, there is provided with an opening 32 which is so designed as to be set up at each position faced to the outside air intake port 8, an inside air discharge port 10 and an inner wall surface of a bearing part 25a respectively. |
