This trailer is of the type comprising at least one platform carried by a chassis supported by a central axle fitted with a towbar 11 and supporting means for fastening bicycles. Each platform 12, 13 consists of three elements: a fixed central element 14, 15 of length substantially equal to half that of the platform and two end elements at the front 16, 17 and the back 18, 19 which are articulated to it so that both of them can be folded down onto the central element, and the chassis supporting the central element comprises two tubular longitudinal members 2, each of which houses two extensions, a front one 3 and a rear one 4. The extensions which correspond to one another being braced by a cross-member 3a, 4a, means being provided to allow them to be locked in each of their extreme deployed or retracted positions. <IMAGE>
