PURPOSE:To reduce the manufacturing cost of a liq. crystal panel by utilizing a tin oxide (SnO2) film as an electrode for the panel. CONSTITUTION:A tin oxide (SnO2) film having >=84% transmittance at 5,500Angstrom wavelength and 30-150OMEGA/cm<2> low resistance value is used as an electrode. A liq. crystal panel causing no reduction of contrast due to an increase of the NESA resistance and a voltage drop can be manufactured by utilizing the tin oxide film which is an inexpensive, transparent and electrically conductive film of high reliability. The liq. crystal panel is a fine-patterned panel, a large-sized panel, a panel which is worked in a multiply divided state, at high frequency or at two points of frequency, or the like. |
