Loading ramp which can be moved like a road trailer. An axle 16 which complies with road-traffic regulations is suspended from a transverse beam 13 which can be moved by sliding along the side members of the chassis between a rear end position for movement on the road, by virtue of a road tractor, and a front end position for lowering into a use position, with the rear end 7 resting on the ground, such that this ramp can be moved rapidly by road between two distant places of use. <IMAGE>
