摘要 PURPOSE:To accurately detect abnormality without any bias in an assumed parameter even when observed noise cannot be disregarded with an abnormality diagnosing device of a plant controlling system, by using an identifying device which uses auxiliary variable method. CONSTITUTION:Signals 7 and 8 are prepared by sampling and quantizing the input-output signals of a control device to be diagnosed at a data collecting device and past n-pieces and m-pieces of the signals 7 and 8 are stored in delay devices 9 and 10, respectively. An auxiliary model 25 assumes the output signal of the plant control device by using an input signal string 11 and parameter signal 13, and an obtained auxiliary model output signal 26 is stored in a delay device 27. In the delay device 27, past m-pieces of auxiliary model output signals are stored. An on-line parameter identification operator 29 corrects a parameter signal 13 by an auxiliary variable method by using the plant input signal string 11, plant output signal string 12, auxiliary model signal string 28, and deviation 17.
